Our competitiveness is ensured by in-house asset and property management, as well as a modern energy strategy. We were the first among real estate companies in Hungary to establish an ESG strategy, and also the first to offer our tenants a "Sustainability Agreement," more commonly known as a green lease agreement.
The Group's portfolio is highly diversified, with a presence in the office segment (45%, primarily in Berlin, Prague, Warsaw, and Budapest) and the retail segment (25%, mainly dominant regional shopping centers and retail parks in the Czech Republic, as well as Poland and Hungary).
