Czech Property Investments a.s. (CPI a.s.), majority-owned by Radovan Vitek, starts its operations in the Czech Republic.
2013
After the acquisition of Ablon Group in the CEE region, the company continues its business activities as CPI Hungary.
2017
Our company's portfolio expands with 3 shopping centers and 2 strip malls.
2019
CPI is the first company from the CEE region to issue a green bond.
2022
After the aquisition CPI Hungary's portfolio increased by more than 250 000 GLA in sqm.
2023
CPI Hungary's portfolio expands to a total of 603 500 sqm.

The pre-screening process can consist of several steps: for some positions, we first invite you to fill in an online test and only then we contact you by phone to agree broadly on whether we have the same ideas and expectations.
If the telephone interview was successful, you will then have the opportunity to meet the professional managers. You can usually expect a 2 round interview process, but this may vary for some positions.
