Trenkwalder picks Balance Building for Budapest HQ

International personnel service group Trenkwalder chose CPI Hungary's Balance Building as the new location for its Budapest headquarters, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Trenkwalder's local team will be able to take over its more than 1,000 sqm new office in the tower building of Balance Office Park in the summer of 2021.

Under the long-term agreement an office unit including complex locations, with a front and back-office extended with new functions, modern presentation office, and meeting rooms will be handed over to employees and customers of the leading HR service provider.

Balázs G. Nagy, Hungarian managing director of Trenkwalder, says, "Our main goal during the selection process was to be able to provide a modern, high-quality, new office for our clients and colleagues, both in function and appearance. We were looking for an office location where according to needs arising from our several decades -long developments the most up-to-date technologies and methods can be used. We plan to create a 21st-century work environment that is unique even within our industry. To meet our unique needs we were looking for a flexible, proactive, and financially strong real estate partner."

On behalf of CPI Hungary, András Bodahelyi, senior leasing manager, explains, “We closed a long and exciting negotiation period in an extremely complicated market situation, we consider it a major success to provide a new home in Balance Building to a significant international company. We believe that we can be a strong and supportive partner of Trenkwalder in the long run.”

During the transaction, the agreement between the parties was assisted by the Property Support Agency.
